Bathtubs

More about Bathtubs:

A bathtub is usually placed in a bathroom either as a stand-alone fixture or in conjunction with a shower. However, many of us have discovered the convenience, comfort, luxury, and romance that a master bath turned into a home spa can bring. Specialty tubs are an affordable addition to a new or remodeled bathroom.

Tubs come in all styles, sizes, colors, and even shapes. Free Standing Bathtubs, Apron tubs, and Drop in Tubs are most well-known. Most modern bathtubs are made of thermoformed acrylic, porcelain enameled steel, fiberglass-reinforced polyester, or porcelain enameled cast iron.

Free Standing Bathtubs:

Freestanding tubs have become popular in recent years as a result of larger bathrooms being constructed. Over time, master bathrooms got bigger, and tubs got architecturally fancier. Eventually, high-end buyers began to expect to see free-standing luxury tubs in master suites. They become the centerpiece, the focal point of the bathroom. Freestanding bathtubs are made from a variety of materials including Lithocast, stone resin, cast stone, acrylic, cast iron, fiberglass, Corian and porcelain. Today’s bathtub choices are plentiful with a host of styles, shapes, sizes, and materials to choose. The choice often comes with confusion. Which bathtub material is better? Which is more affordable? Why is one material type more expensive than another? Bath Plus Design is here to give you hand with years of experience in the business for you to make the best choice for your bathroom.

Drop-in-bathtubs:

A drop-in-bathtub is a tub that is “dropped in” to a frame or structure is known as a surround. These tubs feature a rim around the top to fasten to the top of the frame, which can be tiled or built out of wood or other materials. A lush drop-in tub that gives you a touch of luxury and offers a deep soak experience.  They fit perfectly in many bathrooms.

Apron Bathtubs:

What are Apron tubs? Basically Skirt. The finished front facing side of a bathtub in alcove or wall installations. May also be referred to as an apron. Soaker Tub. A deep tub meant for soaking, typically designed without any whirlpool jets or other advanced features.

You can find KDK, Kohler, Montreux, and Piatti brand names at Bath Plus Design to select the best bathtub that fits your space and your project.[-
